Hello. My name is Sheena and I’m a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) since June 2021. I currently provide telepsychiatry services, specializing in depression and anxiety.

I have over 20 years of healthcare experience with a steadily progressive career path in Nursing. As a lifelong learner, I became adept to a wide variety of environment including emergency room, urgent care, air transport nurses, anesthesia care, hospice, community-based clinics, and management.

I am passionate about mental health and have a holistic approach to treatment. As such, I believe incorporating psychotherapy with psycho pharmacological intervention is the best treatment.

SERVICES AND FEES

OUR serviceS

On your initial consult, we will get to know more about you, your concerns, and your goals for treatment. We will take an in-depth look at your physical and mental health history, current medications, and past treatment.

Together, we'll create a treatment plan to fit your unique needs. This may include the combination of medication management and person-centered therapy.

Follow-up visits allow us to evaluate your treatment and make changes if needed. We may discuss any questions or concerns, ensuring we move at your pace and comfort level.

Fees

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation - $300

— *for a limited time first follow up visit is free*

Follow Up Visit - $150

— for medication management/medication changes

No-Show Fee - $50

— we'll gladly work with you to reschedule or cancel in advance
